An explosion of flavours that will tantalise the tastebuds. Sara Lee Hummingbird Cake is made from a tantalising blend of pineapple, banana, coconut, brown sugar and sultanas. A hint of ginger and cinnamon delivers some extra 'perk' and the cake is topped with a pineapple flavoured icing.
