In 1971 we opened our doors at Lisarow NSW and have continued to supply the Australian Foodservice market for over 45 years.
The dedication and expertise of our pastry chefs ensure we deliver only the highest quality and most consistent bakery, dessert and cake products. While the industry has evolved over the decades, our team has remained adaptable—refining and innovating recipes without ever compromising on quality.
Charles Lubin, founder and owner, opened a small chain of bakeries in Chicago, dedicated to high-quality ingredients, care, and desserts people could trust.
Charles named his signature cheesecake after his daughter, Sara Lee, and pioneered freezing baked goods without compromising taste, setting new standards in dessert innovation.
The Lisarow bakehouse opened on the NSW Central Coast, becoming the heart of Sara Lee’s Australian operations and the hub for foodservice-quality products.
Sara Lee broadened its portfolio to include desserts, cakes, and bakery products designed for retail and professional kitchens, delivering consistent quality at scale.
Sara Lee strengthened its focus on foodservice, supplying cafés, institutions, caterers, and HORECA venues with convenient, high-quality frozen baked goods.
